📊 Reed City School District Market Update – March 2026
Here’s what’s happening in our local market right now 👇
🏡 Home prices are UP
The median sale price jumped to about **$192,500**—that’s up over 26% from last year.
⚡ Homes are selling FAST
Average days on market dropped from **81 days down to just 21 days**…and many homes are going pending even quicker.
📉 Fewer homes available
Inventory is still low, with fewer homes for sale compared to last year—creating more competition for buyers.
📦 Fewer sales overall
Closings were slightly down, which tells us buyers are still being a bit selective (and feeling interest rates).
💡 What this means:
* **Sellers:** You’re in a strong position right now with less competition and quicker sales
* **Buyers:** Be ready to move fast when the right home hits the market
