We are always so impressed with all the fun activities, the great food, the rides and the games! Our team loved handing out frisbees once again during the Parade.

The frisbees definitely seem to be a hit with kids, adults, and of course, our furry friends.

🏡 Work Smarter, Not Harder (The Pressure Washer Edition)
I had an afternoon off this week, and when Geremy asked what I wanted to do, I gave the least "fun" answer possible: pressure wash the house. 😅
Hey, it needed to be done, and there is nothing more satisfying than seeing those instant, clean results! But about an hour into it, my hand was absolutely cramping from holding down the trigger.
I asked Geremy if he could 3D-print me a little C-clamp hack to hold the trigger down. Just 35 minutes later... BOOM. He walks out with the perfect custom fit. I was spraying with total ease—it worked so well that even my 10-year-old could take over and do the work effortlessly!
💡 The Big Takeaway
It’s crazy how one simple, clever tool can completely change the game, making a tough job easier and way more efficient.
Real estate is exactly the same way.
