This one is extra special, and I absolutely love when a closing comes with so many family connections to such a wonderful couple!

I’ve known Brady and his parents for years, so being part of this next chapter in their lives means so much. And now, I’m excited to get to know Regin and her family better and add them to my circle of friends, too! ❤️ One of the best parts of this career is how it brings people together in ways that go far beyond real estate. This one was truly a full-circle moment for me.

I had the honor of representing both my buyers and sellers in the sale of this home—and there are so many personal memories tied to these four walls. One of my buyers is my neighbor, and both buyers graduated with my oldest son, Bracen. To now watch them take this next step in life and become homeowners of a place that has meant so much to my family is incredibly special.

My kids spent so much time in this house growing up because this is where they went to daycare. So many memories were made here, and now a new chapter gets to begin.
