We would like to introduce you to Real Estate Settlement Services, LLC which was originally founded December of 2001 by Karen Mabe. With the introduction of Sheri Wilder in August of 2023 as our office manager we now provide over 42 yrs. of combined knowledge and expertise as a team. Real Estate Settlement Services, LLC has contracted with Qualia to utilize our innovative Title & Escrow Platform to streamline our operations. The cutting-edge technology that Qualia provides in its integrations with the underwriters, banks, lenders, and vendors will eliminate repetitive work over multiple sites, allowing for more time to be spent building relationships. This platform also provides Real Estate Settlement Services, LLC with industry leading data security and privacy for sending and receiving sensitive documents to and from our clients, realtors, and lenders along with a secure portal to store client sensitive documentation. We provide services relating to the closing of real estate transactions to include title searches, underwriting of title commitments, closing document preparation, notary services, closing coordination and title policy underwriting. For your convenience, we have two satellite offices which are in both the Northern Neck and Hampton Roads areas of Virginia. However, we do service the entire Commonwealth of Virginia. Thank you,
