In 1998, Gary Carpenter began his real estate career as a part-time agent trying to supplement his income so his wife could be a stay-at-home mom. Within that first year, his business exploded as he found his passion so he took it on full-time. After working for an Omaha firm for 6 years, he began training real estate agents nationally with The Floyd Wickman Team. While he loved helping agents bui
ld their business, inspire managers to improve their work environment, and increase revenue for owners across the country he felt he needed to be home more with his growing family. Gary was hired by Keller Williams of Greater Omaha to be the Team Leader in charge of recruitment, development, and training for this up and coming firm. This position was a great fit for Gary as it still allowed him to train agents, develop relationships, and build businesses. During this time Linda, Gary's wife, got her real estate license and was working hard to grow a team. In October of 2011, Gary stepped down as CEO to create a bigger team with Linda and merge with the existing MRG team at CBSHome, which is now BHHS. With several listing specialists and buyer’s agents , this MRG team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, honest effective communication, and quality results.
