My clients came to me knowing we were working with a short timeline and had an intended closing date they needed to meet. So, we got right to work

Then we found this awesome new construction community — and this townhome checked ALL the boxes! What an incredible journey this was! Virginia was referred to me by a previous client, and from the moment we started talking, I knew we were looking for something very specific — a few acres, trees, privacy, and most importantly, a place that truly felt like HOME.
