I am your local, beach Realtor. I have lived in Sussex County my entire life and I truly love it here. I know the market best and I have a lot of things to share. I welcome new home buyers to our wonderful area and I hope to be helpful to the locals when it is time to buy or sell. Feel free to call, email, or post any questions you have about Real Estate or the area in general and I will do my best to answer your questions. I love what I do! I work full time and am fully committed to selling Real Estate here at the beach. I cover all of Sussex County and as far North as the Dover Air Force base. My office is located in Rehoboth Beach, but I was born in Milton and grew up in the Bethany Beach area until college. I bought my first home in Dagsboro and lived there for 5 years until I moved up to Rehoboth Beach and I have been living here for the last 4 years. If you have lived here long enough you know that our area has grown tremendously in the past 10 years. I left to go to college in 1996 and when I decided to move back home in 2000 I almost couldn't find my parents community! Driving around town I was shocked at how much our little beach town had changed in just a short period of time. Most all of the developments and shopping centers were built in 2000 and 2001. I was so happy to see people living here in the winter and for most all of the stores to be open for business after labor day. It was wonderful!
