Wonderful Homes

We are fully engaged.

Five projects.

Five families.

Hundreds of decisions, details, and conversations.

And we’re grateful for every one.

▪️ Kent Street — Trusses are installed, and we’ll be watertight within weeks.

▪️ Columbia — Foundation complete, lumber ordered, and framing begins soon.

▪️ Bayview 1 — Plumbing ✔️ Electrical ✔️ Next up: insulation.

▪️ Bayview 3 — Home complete, with the pool, fencing, and hardscaping nearly finished. Landscaping begins next week.

▪️ Cookman — Sold, with architectural drawings nearing completion.

Behind every truss, every inspection, and every drawing is something bigger than construction.

It’s about understanding what matters most to the families who will live there — and creating homes that bring people together and ignite a sense of wonder.

Five projects. Five families. One shared purpose.

Welcome home.

Vibrant skies, mighty crane, boundless energy, and dedicated teams turning clients' aspirations into reality... What could be more wonderful?

Nerves of “steel” on this one.

Congrats to our clients as we begin framing on the second floor of this modern, 3-story reverse living home. Beautiful views of the marsh and Rehoboth Bay. It’s going to be an exceptional beauty.

Yep. That’s a crane, carrying a big pool, over the house, on a cloudy and rainy day.

And the next pic is a successful landing. Whew!

Just in time for Memorial Day….
