For almost 20 years, I have dedicated my life to helping at-risk teens in foster care and their families. At a young age I began helping my dad with building projects and continued as an adult assisting and completing a va

riety of tasks remodeling homes. I have always enjoyed being involved in the construction side of homes and kept a pulse on the real estate market. I decided to bring those skills and interests to the fore front and obtained my license and began my journey with Coldwell Banker Resort Realty. Being a REALTOR has allowed me to combine my love of helping people and homes and I love every minute of it. It is important to be involved in the community; I am an active member of a local non-profit organization helping provide for local homeless individuals, volunteer with the Code Purple shelter and volunteer in the local Hospital visiting patients who may not have family support, I belong to the Middletown Lions Club and a member of American Legion Ambulance Service Station 64. Other fun facts about me: I run, bake, cook, born and raised in Delaware, and never missed a day of school from Kindergarten until Graduation. I am experienced with First Time Home Buyers and have the tools and knowledge to educate you on the benefits of being a First Time Home Buyer. I am experienced with Second homes and Vacation Properties; understanding the needs and expectations for making such a purchase. I am a Certified Military Residential Specialist and Certified Military Relocation Professional, ePro, and PSA certified. I have the knowledge and understanding needed to make your home buying and selling the least stressful it possibly can be.

Looking for a meaningful way to spend the summer?

Bayhealth’s Summer Student Volunteer Program is accepting applications from March 1 – 31.

Open to high school and college students ages 16 and older, the program offers hands-on experience in a health care environment while building skills like customer service, communication, teamwork and confidence. Volunteers support patients, visitors and care teams across Bayhealth locations while exploring career interests and giving back to the community.

Parents, guardians and advisors are encouraged to share this opportunity with students looking to make a difference this summer.
