From the time we met her at the open house, she was very professional, she explained everything about the house to the best of her knowledge. When it was time to negotiate an offer, she was very responsive, kind, and provided any questions asked about the property and the inspection. She did her due diligence to make sure the experience was worthwhile. I would definitely recommend Lori as a realtor, she is pleasant to work with.

People ask me all the time, if waiting for rates to decrease is the answer.
The good. news is that rates are lower than last year( on average).

With over 20 years of real estate experience with hundreds of buyers- Timing never works! It just doesn't !

Here is what generally happens- some buyers want to time the market for the rate- great- they just saved .002 percent, BUT they paid more than they would for the home AND they missed out on the home they really wanted when they first started to think about owning a home.

You cannot lose when you own a home- Interest Rate write offs, no landlord, no sharing a house with 1 or more other families, and the payment on a mortgage actually allows you to build wealth over time as your property increases in value over time.

As I approach my house after showing houses , I noticed a car in the yard that I did not recognize.

I walked into the house. My husband was up in his computer room. I noticed a suitcase, and I literally thought it was maybe my niece that needed a place to stay.

I was so wrong - my favorite song came to visit for a few days . A nice surprise ❤️❤️❤️
