Last week, team members from the Morgan Properties corporate office headed out to several of our communities for a fall clean-up day. Working alongside our property teams, they painted curbs, hung flags, cleared walkways, and tidied common areas so residents can enjoy the season at a place they’re proud to call home. Thank you to everyone who pitched in, because this is what we can do when we work together.🍂🌿🍁

Last month, we were proud to host an in-person fundraiser at our HQ in Conshohocken, PA in support of Habitat for Humanity Montgomery & Delaware Counties. Habitat MontoDelco does incredible work making the dream of homeownership a reality, and we're honored to help power that mission. This week our teams had the opportunity to give back at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia’s Helping Hands Community Care Challenge! Together with all the volunteers, we were able to assemble over 35,000 resource packages to support CHOP and bring some joy to their patients.
