Well the 49 acres in Winona closed yesterday. Things are getting a little thin around here in the way of listings. I have been showing some nice properties listed by other firms, and if your interested in large timber tracts, I have another source other than Tyler MLS.

Well It's been a while since I posted anything. The 10 acres on CR 455 went pending today. I expect the 83 acres Garrisson, and the 49 acres Winona will be pending by the end of the week. Things have slowed a tad, but every day I see sellers getting record high prices. It's still a great time to sell. Thinking about selling, give me call and I'll give you a good idea what you can get. The 54.13 acres on FM 314 Brownsboro is now on the market for $299900. Because of it's location I would consider it commercial property.
Just sent paperwork for 83.75 acres out of Garrison. Word has it there's lots of mature timber, and tons of deer. More details to come, in the next couple of days

The 16 & 26 acre tract on CR 455 in Mineola both closed today. Also I got back the paperwork for 54 acres in Brownsboro on FM 314. It's located very close to Hwy 31, and might make someone an ideal commercial location. Currently used as pasture
