✨ CLOSED in Red Rock — and this one took a little teamwork across state lines.

My buyers found their Northern Nevada dream: 10.5 acres, a log cabin, mountain views, a 2,400 sq. ft. shop for all the toys, and enough space that “the neighbors” are mostly wildlife. 😂

The catch? They had a home in California that needed to sell in order to make this purchase happen.

So while I handled their purchase here in Nevada, I connected them with an amazing California agent to get their home listed and sold, then worked between both sides of the transactions, agents, title and escrow to keep timelines lined up and make sure one closing didn’t derail the other.

Because finding the house is sometimes the easy part.
