Believe it or not it's not terribly uncommon for offers to be put in before the buyers even get to see the home! (As long as some trusted family members approve 😊). Excited for these first time home buyers to make the move from PA to Reno!

While it may be a "seller's market" if you have the right strategy and a bit of urgency, there is still so much opportunity in today's market. Just asking the right questions can get your offer ahead of the others.

Congratulations to my sellers! 🥳

They put so much love and attention to detail into their home. While most homes really are selling quickly in today's market, to get the price the sellers wanted they accepted a contingent offer, waiting for the buyer to sell their home in order to finance this one. If you're looking to make a move, need to sell your current home and only want to move once--it can be done. Even in this market!

The most telling data point here is Median Days to Contract. In Janury--this was 56. Now we're under 2 weeks in Reno and 3 weeks in Sparks.

For buyers-this means you do need to act decisively when find the right home!

For sellers-competitively priced homes are selling FAST.
