The Median Sales Price for Reno/Sparks is down 1.6% from last month at $510,000!
However the average price per sq. ft. went up 1.9% to $291.00!

Reno's Median Sales price is at $528,000! Sparks' is at $495,000!

November was another great month in the real estate market! Reno/Sparks median sales price has increased over last month again! It is up 1.9% to $550,000!

Reno's Median Sales Price is at $567,000, up 1.3% over last month, also!

Sparks is at $504,250 which is also up over last year .9%!

The October Monthly Market Report is out and the combined Reno/Sparks median sales price has increased over last month, it is up 1.8% to $540,000! Additionally, the number of homes available was at 1,265 which is up 104.0% over last year.

Reno's Median Sales Price is at $560,000, up 3.7% over last year. Sparks is at $521,500 which is up over last month by 4.7%.
