What’s keeping you from utilizing your property as a rental?

Property management and being a landlord isn’t for everyone. But it can be an amazing tool to build wealth and pay for an asset.

People often call having rental property “passive income”. I beg to differ! I think we could call it semi-passive income at best. It requires work, time, and can occasionally be inconvenient. It’s not easy money by any means. That being said, having someone else pay for your asset while providing them safe and affordable housing can be very rewarding and potentially afford you more freedom with your time in the future when these properties are managed properly.
