I’ve been getting this question a lot lately.

Is now a good time to sell in Reno?

Honestly, it depends on how you approach it.

Homes in areas like Montreux, ArrowCreek, Somersett, and Southwest Reno are still selling, but buyers are definitely more selective than they used to be.

The homes that are selling quickly are:

priced right
marketed to the right audience
and positioned well from the start

The ones that sit are usually missing one of those.
