Camera roll dump, because I never actually do this and the past few weeks were too good not to share.

Some of my favorite memories from around Reno, Nevada include:

* An Espresso Martini from Village Well with my Sis
* An afternoon spent on the Easthshore Trail with my Sis & Daisy
* Handing over the keys to the home I sold in South Reno
* Late Afternoons sitting by the pond with my Sis
* Attending my son’s Match Day, Award Ceremony, and Graduation at UNR Med School
* A bittersweet good-bye as he and his wife head to Sac for his Residency

Despite what you may read on the news or hear from family members, there are NO signs of the market “crashing” any time soon.

Take a look back at the trend over the years. We’ve seen a slight lowering of prices this year but on average real estate increases in equity over the years.

But when you look at what homes in neighborhoods like Mid-town, Galena Forest, Arrowcreek, Old Skyline actually sell for, you start to see how much strategy goes into pricing.

Some homes sell over asking.

Some sell under.

Some land right on the number.

And some do it in 3 days and others in 6 months.

Mid-town Reno — Old Reno tree lined neighborhoods with historic charm - close to Idlewild Park and the Truckee River.

Skyline in old south Reno — with its elevated city views, winding tree line, streets, and peaceful custom homes tucked into the foothills

Galena Forest Estates in southwest Reno, with homes in the forest and a Tahoe feel within 30 minutes drive to the Lake.

You don’t need a passport to feel like you’re in Europe this summer.

Reno and the surrounding areas have it all.

The outdoor cafes in Midtown like Homegrown Gastropub. The golden-hour walks along the Marina in Sparks. The outdoor dining The shore. The cool walk along the Truckee River from Hub Coffee Roasters to Idlewild Park makes you slow down and breathe deep.

The farmers market at Idlewild Park on Sunday mornings. The Marina bar at Sparks Water Bar in Sparks when the sun goes down. The bakery in Rancharrah like Perenn where the line is always worth it.
