This past week we closed on two probate sales, one as the listing agents and one representing the buyer. We do not specialize in court properties, we specialize in relationships. Therefore, we work with a variety of buyers and sellers in all different situations from first time home buyers, to investment properties, luxury, and even court cases. We pride ourselves on clear communication with our clients, the other agents, and all parties involved in the process. We do the heavy lifting for our clients and really dive in to take the stress out of homebuying and selling as much as possible. It's always emotional, especially when you are working with multiple family members and parties and we prepare for that.
