Real Estate Market Snapshot for Reno/Sparks:

Median Sold Price: $435,000. If taken into perspective, the median price for a single family residence homes sold in the area in May was $399,000. The average price of homes sold in June was $405,000.

Units Sold: 718: Homes continue to move regardless of Covid-19 and a lower inventory. 396 homes were sold in May, and 541 homes were sold in June.

Active inventory: Inventory is lower compared to last month. Inventory in May was 836, compared to June which had 713. Our local housing market seems to be moving so fast that inventory can't feasibly remain consistent. With that in mind, it is also the busiest time of the year in the housing market.
