As we head into the active homebuying summer season, the mid-year data for the Reno/Lake Tahoe region not only saw a rise in median sales price area-wide, we saw listing inventories gradually increase in some of our more affluent markets from May 2022 to June 2022. Historically the months of June, July and August have been our area's busiest months, not only in the number of transactions but in the number of properties available to consumers. While the pace of the market has slowed down slightly since Spring, the desire to purchase in Reno and Lake Tahoe continues.
