2️⃣ Search strategically: Focus on the location, features, and lifestyle priorities that matter most to you.
3️⃣ Make an informed offer: Consider the home’s value, local market conditions, financing, contingencies, and other terms, not just the asking price.
4️⃣ Review the home and paperwork: Complete a home inspection where applicable, review disclosures and important documents, confirm financing and insurance requirements, and address any conditions before moving forward.
