Happy Blustery Inspection Day! We had Silver State Heating and Air with us today for all things HVAC, as well as Fireplace Distributors to clean and inspect the gas fireplace in this home.
Anytime we represent the buying side of a transaction, I strongly recommend thorough inspections of the home’s systems.

Today we addressed two, later this week we will inspect the whole home and do a pest inspection as well.
