💰🏡💰 This has to be one of the best times to sell in our local market history! Then why are there so few homes of the market? 🤔
A lot of sellers we come across know they can sell for top dollar, but think they won’t be able to buy anything.
What sellers don’t know is that buyers are willing to pay above asking and even allow sellers to rent back their home for upwards of 2-3 months.
Why is this important? This allows the seller to close at top dollar without moving immediately. In most cases this turns them from a contingent buyer to a cash buyer or a buyer with a considerable cash down payment so they can compete at a high level with others.
Other options for sellers to consider are bridge loans or short term rentals.
So don’t give into the myth, sellers have plenty of options to purchase in this market!
