There's always something new to learn about our local housing market!

I'm sharing Ferrari-Lund's Q3 2026 Market Report, and it's full of useful information for anyone interested in Reno-Sparks real estate.

Whether you're planning a move, considering selling, or just curious about your neighborhood, I hope this gives you a helpful starting point. Questions are always welcome!

Buyers still had choices in September, but inventory moved lower.

Reno-Sparks finished the month with 952 active homes, down 6.3% from August, which means the selection tightened somewhat as fall began.

Depending on the neighborhood and price range, that can make a noticeable difference.
