The rates started around 7% for 2024 and they slowly made their way to 6.11% recently.

Today the feds met and lowered it by 50 points, or half a percent. The rate now sits at roughly 5.6%. In November they are predicted to cut it by another .25 and again in December leaving the rates at 5%. It was also predicted to be .25 this time but it ended up being twice that. This bring out more buyers AND sellers to capitalize on their home owning and investing goals!

If you've been wanting to buy or sell, now is the time. I know the media sometimes makes buying a house seem impossible, but it’s not as hard if you know the right people.
