The median sales price in Reno for an existing single family residence in September 2021 was $550,000; no change from the previous month and a 19.6 percent increase from September 2020. The Sparks median sales price for an existing single-family residence in September 2021 was $494,500; an increase of 20.3 percent from last year. Combined median sales price for Reno/Sparks is $530,000 remaining steady for the second consecutive month.
