Everyone has access to what's listed on Zillow.

But we've never seen AI read a seller's body language across the kitchen table.

We've never seen AI lean on a network of agents with off-market options when you can't find what you're looking for.

I don’t know who needs to hear this…

but not everybody wants the giant gray modern house anymore.

Some people are getting really tired of noise.
Of traffic.
Of HOA neighborhoods where you can hear your neighbor sneeze.

And lately, the dream for a lot of families has started looking more like this:
