In honor of Veterans Day, I wanted to bring you a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company.

Recently, we had a very loud noise coming from our attic. Beings that we have a small child and dogs, we gathered everyone up and left the house as we knew something was in the house and were unsure of our safety! If you call any pest company in town that does inspections, you’re looking at a 48 hour to several DAY turnaround based on their availability.

So what do you do if you need something looked at ideally the same day (and possibly removed)!? Call HiLow Services!

Leroy’s schedule is also subject to availability, but he was amazing at getting to us so much sooner than the rest of the companies in town and he was so friendly. In a situation where we felt vulnerable, Leroy was amazing and he educated us on what could possibly be in the attic, if anything, plus he came out and inspected VERY QUICKLY.

With the holiday season behind us, whether you are a Resolutioner or not, many regain focus on the day to day in January. If your focus is to purchase a home this year, while many start by touring homes for sale, I would recommend starting with getting pre approved with a Loan Officer (if you are not planning on purchasing with all cash).

This way, you will know what price range to look at when you do go look at homes and if you are to fall in love with a specific house, you will be more prepared to put in an immediate offer rather than risk losing it to another Buyer.

Once you are pre approved, then you can move on to securing your trusted Real Estate Agent for your home purchasing process.

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these unusual times.

If you are finding yourself needing to do essential business during this timeframe, please remember that us Agents will be practicing social distancing. Air fives from 6’ away en leu of handshakes as well as extra precautions when viewing homes. We all must do our part in flattening the curve.

Thank you for coming together as a community this past weekend to support two separate, but important causes.
1) The Moon Rabbit Cafe served 350 people at their Thai dinner night. Chef Tim Meevasin, Chef Gustavo, Brock and many others, including the Reno Buddhist Center, worked incredibly hard to offer a Pay What You Can meal and it was delicious.
2) 128 people, 64 teams, turned out for the Damonte Ranch Mustangs Wrestling Co****le Fundraiser which benefitted youth and high school wrestling. We estimate over $5,000 raised, but if anyone has the official numbers, please share in the comments below!
