Visited Logan in Vegas for the first time since he moved there in April and WOW, we had a blast! So much to do and such great hiking within a short distance. From the red rocks of The Valley of Fire only 50 minutes from Logan’s place to Mt Charleston only 25 minutes away where Logan goes often to cool off and hike in the pines, we were blown away! The museums were fantastic, and the Pinball museum kept us entertained for hours playing pinball machines from the 60’s and 70’s. Had to get a pizza from Evil Pie as it tops the list of best ever pizzas and the people watching on Fremont St is top notch. Formula 1 Experience is well done and not crazy expensive for go carting and such. We had some amazing breakfasts at local spots by Logan and the people were very friendly - it must be a NV thing. The drive wasn’t that bad either, estate Starlink going so I could work on my laptop there and back. A fantastic weekend roadtrip!
