In the June 2026 Reno-Sparks market update, the median home price was $559,900. On a home at that price, the difference between a high-priced listing-side commission and Assist-2-Sell Buyers & Sellers Realty’s low listing fee is about $8,398.50 before considering any other costs or terms.
