Wellness Wednesday: Yoga with Reba!

We’re excited to welcome Reba back to host another FREE 1-hour yoga class on Wednesday, June 10th, from 6:30PM to 7:30PM.

About the Class:
This vinyasa flow class is a dynamic practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind—while encouraging a deeper connection to the spirit of yoga. You’ll start with a fluid warm-up, move into creative sequences with standing and balancing poses, and wind down with restorative poses before settling into a relaxing savasana.

Important Details:
• Residents must bring their own yoga mats
• Space is limited to 20 participants per class
• Classes will be held on the pool deck (covered area)
• Covered spaces are limited—overflow will be in uncovered areas

Spots will fill quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot in Loft Living!
