🏡 Your home takes care of you… make sure you take care of it, too! 😉
A little maintenance now can save you a LOT of headaches (and money!) later. Keep this checklist handy, tackle a few things each season, and give your home a little TLC. 🛠️❤️

CONGRATULATIONS is definitely in order to another special client of mine. The hunt for her dream house has come to a grand finale. ✨🎉

We FOUND the home that truly makes her happy when she walks in! 🙌 I know the FEELING. 🥰 And it makes me so incredibly happy to have led her through a maze of homes on the market!

WHEN I felt she was starting to settle it was a challenge to prevent her from making the wrong choice and motivate her to keep the search on and to convince her the right one was out here.

I know the feeling my clients get when it's "the one" and I won't stop until they find it. Even if it takes months and 100 homes! It didn't take that long for this one and she'll be home for the holidays! Hip hip hooray!🎉

Happy Monday! And if you're looking for your DREAM HOME, I am here and inspired to help. 🙏🫶🏡

Bonding, therapeutic experiences, epicurean delights, personal development and the undeniable impact we all have on each other came together divinely yesterday at Reno Rescue Inc. Horsemanship Center.

From professionals, veterans, foster youth, volunteers, facilitators and especially the horses and other animals! Everyone played such an important role. This was just a pilot and we'd love to see it expand to more of the community.

It's been a major collaborative effort and i'm so thankful for everyone who has jumped into help make it happen. Can't wait to see what's next! Stay tuned!

It's so surreal that it's happening that it's clearly moved by God's hands.

The Honeycomb Lodge sanctuary and community center is piloting one of its "honeycomb cells" as a leadership program through its great partnership with Reno Rescue, Inc.:

Reno Rescue, the incredible established equine therapy ranch that already does so much for our community is graciously hosting the proof of concept program this Saturday. As featured on Channel 4 yesterday, we are thrilled to welcome local foster youth and veterans sponsored by Coldwell Banker Real Estate and several other private donors. In addition, there is a cohort of professionals who gladly paid for tickets to attend! Can't wait to see where this goes next!

As a local Realtor, is so special to connect people that I meet to each other as well as to their dream homes!

These ladies!! How lucky am I to have gathered with my Realtor boss babe crew twice in one week?!

We all work at different real estate brokerages, yet we have a unique connection collaborating and supporting each other and our individuality.

The world is truly wild and it's so special to have this tribe to lean in on. Especially in the real estate industry. It's next level, immeasurable trust, integrity, and honor, along with high-end professionalism, and lots of laughter. 💥

Truly, truly, who you surround yourself with matters. 🙏

I can never begin to explain what truly just happens when I sell a home. It's too personal and private and special. 🙏🫶

But yes it's also something to CELEBRATE !!! Another SOLD. Over asking price. Multiple offers. Smooth like ice holding all the moving parts together. BOOM 💥

Some say I'm "killing it."

Haha.. maybe on the outside but inside it's lots of strategizing and focusing on one thing. And the rest of the chatter disappears. Behind the scenes, the mission and goals of my clients and its real. And it's an honor.

So we did it again! Kyle is a crafty negotiator too! Love it. And thanks to CcMe for keeping us all on track. Blessings to the new home owners of another very special home.

As the season rolls out and you think about moving, reach out and we'd love to guide you through the process. It's a privilege and pleasure.

"Surround yourself with the dreamers and the doers, the believers and the thinkers, but most of all, surround yourself with those who see the greatness within you, even when you don't see it yourself."
-Edmund Lee

I don't know how so many of you got in one place at the same time, but I'll take it! 🫶

A double whammy birthday celebration for Swati Reganti and me with so many of our favorite people in one spot. Super grateful for y'all 🥰🙏

Don’t worry. There’s a happy ending. 😂

Because in real estate, things can get complicated, unexpected, stressful—and sometimes downright dramatic.
That’s where I come in.

I’m Real Estate Professional, who gets in the weeds, finds solutions, makes the calls, connects the people, and stays with you through the whole thing.

Because this isn’t just about buying or selling a house.
It’s about the people. The trust. The next chapter.
And hopefully, when it’s all said and done…

🏡 we all live happily ever after.

If you’re thinking about making a move—or you know someone who is—send them my way. I’d love to be their Realtor for this chapter and whatever comes after.
