Tom Lee started his career in real estate in 1972 beginning in Land Development and moving into general real estate, then worked as a Fee Appraiser, under a senior right of way agent. A few years later, in the late 70’s, Tom moved to Nevada to work on the development and liquidation of a Nevada ranch encompassing just under 30,000 acres. During this time and into the 80’s, he additionally gained e
xperience working in the mortgage banking industry, ultimately being named as the Manager of RNG Mortgage in Reno. His personality and successful management style enabled him to recruit and train over 100 agents while managing one of the premier real estate offices in Northern Nevada. In 2012, he successfully transitioned virtually an entire office through an accusation/merger with a national franchise as the Broker/Manager. In addition to managing, recruiting, coaching, and training company wide, Tom was actively involved in leadership as Vice President of Reno Sparks Assoc. of Realtors and sat for years on the Board of Directors of the Nevada State Association of REALTORS. He has devoted his professional time to many other boards & committees including; The Professional Standards
Committee for the Board of Realtors.
