From the moment I met D and M, I had this kindred spirit with them. I'm grateful for their trust and confidence in me for the purchase of their brand new home and sale of their other home. What a blessing to do this job with great people!

Nobody tells you about buying a home in Reno/Sparks on a school-year timeline...
It takes longer than you think.

Between getting pre-approved, finding the right home, inspections, appraisal, closing, moving, and getting your kids registered for school, there are a lot of moving pieces.

And if you're hoping to be settled before the 2026-27 school year, waiting until now can make the process feel rushed.
The families who make the transition smoothly are usually the ones who started the conversation earlier than they thought they needed to.
If you're even thinking about making a move to Reno or Sparks, even though you're a little late for the upcoming school year, you can now get in for the holidays. There's no better time to start than now.

Comment "GUIDE" and I'll send you my Buyer Guide with everything you can start doing today to make your move easier and more organized.
