Just reduced the price on my listing at 289 Ave De La D'Emerald in Sparks, 89434 in the community of RainbowBend. If you haven't been out to visit this sleepy little sanctuary, you really should come and check it out. It is only 10 minutes from Legends mall on I80. Take the Lockwood exit. Where else in Sparks can you be that close to the mall? This community has a senior center, clubhouse and an elementary school right in the neighborhood! Not to mention the Truckee River flows all around this quiet neighborhood. Be on the lookout, you might see some wild horses grazing next the the railroad tracks as you drive on I80 to this quiet little place.
