It's been active at West Meadows Estates. They have many residents that have moved into the development. Also, they have completed several other homes and have many more in progress. The 2 story Crest Development is well underway with several models completed and sold as well as several 2 story homes for sale and under construction. The first one, the 2350 plan is priced at $225 per sq ft while the largest one of 2800 sq ft comes in at $210 per sq ft. It has been difficult obtaining current information from D.R. Horton about The Estates at West Meadows. Here are several updates that I personally observed this week. The Estates at West Meadows sales trailer office did not open on April 28th as previously proposed by D.R. Horton. Also, it has moved from the area that the model homes are located to a new location on the West end of the development by the Truckee river and accessible by a new entrance by the bridge.
