The Reno and Sparks Market remains a desirable location to reside. Although there is a significant reduction in resale inventory, Buyers are not in short supply. As long as Buyers are willing to pay close to asking price, there will probably be no significant change in Market conditions. Given this is an election year and also Feds adjustments of interest rates, be prepared for the unexpected.

According to the latest NAR data, just 4.09 million existing home sales were reported in 2023, the lowest number in nearly three decades.
