And just like that...we've surpassed the crazy covid run up with pricing a mere 4 years post 2022.

Our Reno- Sparks market has now reached the highest peak of the median home price in the month of June hitting a staggering $645,000.

What is even more astounding is that in the last 6months, the median home price has increased almost $100,000.

The number sales in the second quarter are up +12.5% from 2025 which means the number of buyers out there looking to buy a home is higher this year than last and they are being decisive about what they want.
..And from the looks of it don't seem to be worried about the median home price if it makes sense for their needs.

The takeaway: The market momentum is fierce, and an experienced team is how you set yourself up for success whether you are buying or selling.
