Whenever we take a new listing live I always drop by and make sure everything detail is on point.

Its Murphys law that a light bulb will go out right before a new listing or something will get scratched as everyone is rushing to the finish line.

That last walkthrough gives us the opportunity to make sure the house is seen in the best possible light possible.

It might not be everyone's style but when our clients hopes and dreams are on the line every little detail adds up and there isnt much we wont do!

Come home from paradise was no easy task. Especially when sloan asked if we can move there. Thats saying something because of all the travel we do.

This trip had a huge impact on us.

🎓 Kindergarten: that’s a wrap.

Today was Sloan’s last day of school, and I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that she officially graduated! Watching her walk out of those classroom doors for the last time just about took me out—didn’t we just take that first day photo with a backpack that looked bigger than she was?!

It’s wild how much she’s grown this year—not just taller (though definitely that too), but in her confidence, curiosity, and the way she shows up for her friends and classmates. She’s become this thoughtful, creative, and hilarious little human, and Mackinzie and I are just trying to soak it all in before time speeds up again.

First grade, here we come. 💛📚
