Yesterday was my first opportunity to teach an online continuing education class with First Centennial Title. Thanks to the wizardry of Kristen Aldrich, the process was seamless save for my technical error in getting started.

As this page of history continues to evolve, things like being able to earn credits remotely have gained credence. Previously, our regulations required a certain number of “live” or “in person” classroom instruction. I believe that out of this forced isolation will come a new look at earning credits for license renewal. Thanks will be great for all Realtors.

This morning I was with April LaBrie and Angelica Reyes in representing the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors in a visit to Oliver Luxury Real Estate. Thank you to Tom and to all of the agents for being so very welcoming and engaged. Putting our arms around the real estate market is always a challenge. This was lively and informative discussion.
