Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, Woodland Direct is a leading e-commerce retailer specializing in fireplaces, chimneys, wood stoves, fire pits, patio heaters, gas logs, and outdoor living products. The new Reno location will enhance the company's distribution network and support customers across the western United States.

DCG Represented the Buyer in $60.9 Million Tesla-Leased Sale, Highlighting Strength of Northern Nevada's Industrial Market.

The recent sale of a newly constructed, Tesla-leased industrial facility in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center is another clear indicator of the strength and maturity of Northern Nevada's industrial market. Institutional investors continue to recognize the region's long-term potential, drawn by modern assets, world-class tenants, and a business environment built for growth.

Dickson Commercial Group represented the buyer in the acquisition of 1600 Peru Drive, a 410,750-square-foot Class A industrial facility in McCarran, Nevada. Completed in 2024 and fully leased to Tesla, the property sold for $60.9 million following a competitive offering process. The DCG team included Tom Fennell, SIOR, CCIM, Joel Fountain, SIOR, Nick Knecht, CCIM, and Baker Krukow.
