Get to Know: Luann Barnes - Senior Escrow Officer, Commercial

Luann has worked in the title and escrow industry for over 45 years. Born and raised on the East coast, she considers Nevada her home since relocating to Reno in 1983. For the past twenty-plus years she has specialized solely in commercial escrow/title work after becoming certified as a Senior Escrow Officer by the Nevada Escrow Association in 1998.

Luann's experience is extensive! Complex, high liability commercial purchase and financing transactions - she's been there. Dealing with the purchase and sale of water rights, geothermal leases, gaming establishment transactions - Luann has done it!

Outside the office Luann enjoys cooking and music. She also loves spending time with her husband and son - a student at Santa Clara University School of Law.
