Do you know the 3 - 3 - 3 of residential real estate for Buyers? Here we go! Have 3 months of living expenses saved, 3 months of mortgage payents saved, and evaluate 3 similar properties. Sales for Sparks area July 17 - July 23 single family homes, updated today. There were27 sold at 97% to original list price, 49 days to contract (not close), median sale was $585,000. 19% cash sales and 16.3 weeks of inventory. Still a Sellers market.

Altos Research report this week that there is 4.2 weeks of inventory in Sparks and 6.5 weeks of inventory in Reno. Start making offers, the market is not cooling!
