📊 September 2026 Northern Nevada Market Report is in!

What are the numbers actually telling us right now?

Washoe County reached a median sales price of $590,000 while active inventory dropped 4.9%. Carson City came in at $507,500 with closed sales up 9.9%. Lyon County had a median sales price of $423,750 while Churchill County came in at $440,000.

There is more to the market than home prices. Days to contract inventory new listings and closed sales all help show what buyers and sellers are doing.

📊 August 2026 numbers are in for Northern Nevada.

If you have been watching the market and wondering what is actually changing, this report gives you a good place to start.

Washoe County had a median sales price of $569,858 while Carson City came in at $510,000. Lyon County reached $422,425 and Churchill County reached $445,000.

But price is only part of the picture. Inventory, closed sales, new listings, and days to contract can tell us a lot about what buyers and sellers are doing right now.
