🚀 NNRMLS Members - ICYMI - our Days on Market (DOM) policy has been updated. Here are three important changes you need to know:

1. The DOM clock starts when your listing is published in Flexmls.
2. DOM will now only accrue while a listing is in an active, on-market status.
3. DOM does not accrue while a listing is withheld for the purpose of preparing a property for marketing. Note: Clear Cooperation Policy remains in effect and a withheld listing must be published to the MLS within 1 business day of public marketing.

MLS Policy Reminder:
✅CHECK THE BOX FOR BRANDED VIRTUAL TOURS!

Branded tours are permitted only when the listing agent checks the box in Flexmls that says “This virtual tour contains branding.”

What counts as Branding?
Common branding examples include listing agent headshots, contact information, and company logo.
