The median sold price for Reno/Sparks combined this quarter is $557,950 which is still up over last year at this time by 5.3%

Reno is at $575,000, which is up 4.5% over last quarter! Sparks ended Q3 at $527,500 which is also up over last quarter by 5.4%!

Inventory is up, Q3 ended with 2,295 units available. Many options for buyers. This number is up over last year by 28.2%

Reno/Sparks Combined Median Sales Price is at $565,686 which is still up 6.7% over last year!!
The report only shows Reno/Sparks combined but here is a little information about each city individually.

Reno alone is at $599,000 which is an increase of 8.4% over last year and an increase of .07% over last month!

Sparks is at $524,901 an increase of 5.6% over last year and a decrease of -4.1% over last month.

As you know the market has shifted, but only slightly! The Reno/Sparks combined median sold price is at $574,510, which is down from June but only by 4.2%, but we are still up 9.4% over last year!

Reno is at $595,000, down 6.3% from June but up 8.2% year-over-year and Sparks didn't move much from June and is at $547,480 only a .5% drop from last month and is still 9.5% over last year!
