Reno-Sparks home prices reached $630,000 in July, but that does not mean every home is selling quickly.

Active inventory fell below 1,000 single-family homes across Washoe County. That limited selection continues to support prices, while buyers remain cautious about overpriced properties.

Some homes are finding buyers within weeks. Others are sitting for 90 days or longer.
