🏡 Capital Region Market Update: Inventory is Improving... But It's Still Competitive

We're finally seeing more homes hit the market across the Albany Capital Region compared to last year, giving buyers a few more options to choose from. That's welcome news after several years of extremely limited inventory. However, demand is still strong, and well-priced homes in desirable neighborhoods continue to sell quickly, often with multiple offers.
