2. Negotiating the best price, once you decide to move forward

I like to work with my clients exclusively. That way I can allocate the time they need for the showings and writing offers, when they need it. I am an experienced, seasoned negotiator for my clients. Client satisfaction is my main focus, and the rest is all secondary. I am very flexible, transparent and collaborative in my transactions with you. With my friendly and personable style, I am sure you will enjoy working with me. My fee is typically paid by the seller so as a buyer you won’t be paying me (*Please let me know if you have any questions).
